复方蔷薇红景天口服液中川芎的鉴别及含量测定

Study on Quality standards of the Compound Qiangweihongjingtian Oral Liquid

目的对复方蔷薇红景天口服液的质量进行分析,完善口服液的质控标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其口服液中的川芎进行了定性鉴别,以阿魏酸为指标,运用高效液相色谱法进行了含量测定。结果样品薄层色谱中,在与阿魏酸对照品、川芎对照药材相应的位置显相同颜色的斑点。阿魏酸的检测浓度在2.206~55.15μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（R2=0.999 9）;平均加样回收率为97.85%~101.01%,RSD〈1.74%（n=3）。结论质量控制方法简便、准确,所建标准可用于该品的质量控制。

Objective To analysis the Quality of compound qiangweihongjingtian Oral Liquid and improve the standard of the oral liquid. Methods The Chuanxiong in this medicine was identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of ferulic acid was determined simultaneously by HPLC. Results In the TLC of the testing samples, the same color spots were noted at the corresponding sites reference substance of ferulic acid and the reference medicinal substances of Chuanxiong. The linear range of ferulic acid was 2. 206 - 55.15 μg/ml（ R2 = 0.9999 ） , respectively. The average recovery was 97.85 % - 101.01%, RSD 〈 1.74% （ n = 3 ）, respectively. Conclusion The method is fast, simple, economical and suitable for the quality control of the oral liquid.
