回流提取法与闪式提取法提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺对比研究

Comparison of Refluxing Extraction and Smashing Tissue Extraction Process of Curcumin from Turmeric

目的对比研究回流提取法与闪式提取法提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定姜黄中姜黄素的含量,以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,95%乙醇为提取溶剂,以姜黄素的含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果与回流提取法相比,闪式提取法效率更高,其最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶8,提取时间为3 min,提取2次。结论该法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药姜黄素的提取开发提供参考。

Objective To compare the refluxing extraction and smashing tissue extraction process of curcumin from turmeric. Methods HPLC method was applied to determine the content of curcumin from turmeric. The best extraction technology was optimized by L9 （34） orthogonal test with the material -liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times as factors and 95% ethanol as extraction solvent , the content of curcumin was chosen as index. Results Smashing tissue extraction process was superior to refluxing extraction, optimal extraction technology were as follows ： the material - liquid ratio of 1 ： 8, extracting for 3 min and two times in all. Conclusion The smashing tissue extraction process is simple and economical with high extraction rate and can provide parameters for exploitation and utilization of Turmeric.
