分析了糖尿病骨质疏松的中医病机,认为与脾肾亏虚和血瘀关系最为密切。查阅了近十余年中医药防治本病的动物实验研究文献,从"虚、瘀"角度探讨了防治糖尿病骨质疏松的择药规律及所用方剂的现代医学内涵。提出对糖尿病性骨质疏松的方药研究应依据其主要病机遣药组方,从药效和作用机制方面深入开展实验研究,注意要探查针对不同病机环节所用中药之间的相互影响的关系,为临床用药提供依据。
