摘要
通过对国内冬虫夏草资源管理现状的分析,尤其是对各地冬虫夏草管理法规现状的分析,总结出现行法规的优势与不足,为我国冬虫夏草管理法规的修订奠定了基础。结合草场生态保护,冬虫夏草生长特点,提出了冬虫夏草的可持续采集方案,以更好地实现冬虫夏草资源的可持续利用,实现草场与冬虫夏草协调可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of Ophiocordyceps sinensis management, especially the status quo of regulations around Ophiocordyceps sinensis, this article summarizes, current regulations＂ characteristics, pointout the inadequacies existing with the current regulations and laid a foundation for the update of management rules of Ophiocordyceps sinensis resource. Combined with grassland ecological protection and growth characteristics of Ophiocordyceps sinensis, it propose a sustainable acquisition program, in order to realize the sustainable use of Ophiocordyceps sinensis resource and sustainable development of grassland.
