摘要
目的探讨冠心病心血瘀阻证患者血浆代谢组学的通路。方法信号通路分析采用KEGG,代谢产物分子注释、相关的酶或转运蛋白及其相关性质分析采用HMDB,代谢产物路径可视化采用met PA网络软件。结果用Met PA分析的生物代谢通路显示,9个代谢产物参与了15条代谢路径。其中糖酵解和糖异生(Glycolysis or Gluconeogenesis)、丙酸代谢(Propanoate metabolism)、脂肪酸生物合成(Fatty acid biosynthesis)通路影响值P<0.05。结论心血瘀阻证患者糖酵解和糖异生、丙酸代谢、脂肪酸生物合成通路参与其病理过程。
Objective To analyze urinary metabonomics pathway in patients with heart blood stasis syndrome. Methods Signal pathway analysis using the KEGG method, molecular metabolite annotation, enzyme or transporter associated and its related properties were analyzed by HMDB, Metabolite path visualization using metPA network software. Results By MetPA analysis of biological metabolism pathway shows ,9 metabolites involved in 15 metabolic pathways. The values of Glycolysis or Gluconeogenesis, propanoate metabolism and Fatty acid biosynthesis P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In patients with heart blood stasis syndrome, Galactose metabolism and Synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies participate in the pathological process.
