全开架模式下高校图书馆图书阅览区的管理

The Management of Books Reading Area of University Library under the Bookshelves Fully Opening Mode

伴随教学改革的不断推进,高校图书馆开始实施全开架管理,这种管理模式为学生提供了越来越多的方便。从高校图书馆图书全开架式管理中存在的问题入手,提出了有针对性的解决对策,包括加强对读者的有效教育和正确引导、加强图书馆管理人员的管理、做好咨询与导读工作、完善岗位责任制、加强基础设施建设。

ABSTRACT：Along with the continuous advancement of teaching reform, university library begins to implement the bookshelves fully opening mode, which provides students with more and more convenient. Starting from the problems existing in university library’s bookshelves fully opening mode, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures, which include strengthening the effective education and correct guidance for readers, strengthening the management of librarians, doing well the consulting service and reading guidance, perfecting the post responsibility system, and strengthening the infrastructure construction.
