摘要
阐述了我国公共图书馆面临的问题,分析了目前我国公共图书馆实施网上借还服务的可行性,提出了公共图书馆实现网上借还服务的措施。
ABSTRACT：This paper expounds some problems faced by China’s public libraries, analyzes the feasibility for China’s public libraries to carry out the online circulation service, and puts forward some measures for the public library to implementing online circulation service.
