摘要
介绍了真人图书馆服务的概念、特征和绩效,以顺德图书馆开办的"真人经验图书馆"服务实践为例,分析了真人图书馆服务实践过程中出现的问题,探讨了搞好真人图书馆服务的对策及真人图书馆的发展方向。
ABSTRACT:This paper introduces the concepts, features and performances of the human library, and taking the service practice of the human experience library established by Shunde Library as an example, analyzes some problems occurring in the service practice of the human library, and probes into the countermeasures for doing well the service of the human library and the development direction of the human library.
