ABSTRACT：This paper introduces the concepts, features and performances of the human library, and taking the service practice of the human experience library established by Shunde Library as an example, analyzes some problems occurring in the service practice of the human library, and probes into the countermeasures for doing well the service of the human library and the development direction of the human library.
