随着竞争的日益加剧,大学生心理障碍呈上升趋势,加强高校学生的心理健康教育,对于提高学生的心理健康水平具有重要的意义。通过分析高校大学生的心理健康状况,阐述了高校图书馆开展心理健康教育的优势,探讨了高校图书馆开展大学生心理健康教育的对策。

ABSTRACT：Along with the increasingly drastic competition, college students’ psychological barrier is on the rise.It is quite significant to strengthen the psychological health education for students. This paper analyzes college students’ psychological health status,expounds the superiorities of college library in carrying out the psychological healthy education, and probes into the countermeasures for college library to carry out the psychological healthy education for college students .
