摘要 航空航天技术的发展使得人们对信息的感知和获取从地面向海洋、空、天、深空拓展,由此交织成一个天空地海一体化的网络,不仅推动国民经济的快速发展,也是国防和国家安全的重要保证。对目前常用空间信息网概念进行分析比较,明确了空间信息网的概念、组成和特征;介绍国内外空间信息网的发展现状,提出基于北斗卫星导航系统构建我国空间信息网的核心网的设想,并分析了其优势和面临的问题;最后,对我国空间信息网发展方向提出研究建议。 The scale of sensing and accessing to information has extended from the ground to the sea, space, and deep space along with the development of space technology. The integrated network not only promotes the rapid development of the national economy but also ensures national defense and security. This paper firstly analyzes the concepts of space information network over the academic circles, and then specifies the concept of earth-space integrated information network as well as the composition and characteristics. The research at home and abroad is introduced. Afterwards, we envisage the plan to build the core network of China's earth-space integrated information network with Beidou navigation satellite system, and analyze its advantages and problems. Finally, the future research direction is proposed.
