北京市职教集团运行机制探析

Exploration and Analysis on Operation Mechanism of the Vocational Education Group of Beijing

为适应我国经济发展方式的转变和产业结构的调整,职教集团应运而生。它有效地整合了区域教育资源,实现了优势互补和资源共享,但目前职教集团的运行机制尚未完善,阻碍了集团的进一步发展。本文首先介绍了职教集团运行机制的内涵,并以北京市职教集团为例,探讨了其目前的发展现状及运行机制存在问题,并提出了相关政策建议。

In order to adapt to the change of the mode of China＇s economic development and industrial structure adjustment,the vocational education group emerge as the times require. It effectively integrates the regional education resources,realizes the complementary advantages and sharing of resources,but the current vocational education group operation mechanisms are not yet perfect,hindered the further development of the group. This paper first introduces the connotation of the operation mechanism of vocational education group,taking Beijing vocational education group as an example,discusses its present development situation and operation mechanism existence question,and finally put forward some policy suggestions.
