探索党组织结对共建,深化校企协同育人

Exploration of Party Organization Twinning Build,Deepen the Cooperative Education between Colege and Enterprise

深化产教融合、校企合作,工学结合是职业教育人才培养的主要模式,是职业教育的本质特征。探索出一条适合职业教育发展规律、符合顶岗实习这一特殊时期的校企协同育人途径,一直是高等职业院校在强化校企合作、突出职业院校办学特色方面的努力方向。本文通过剖析北京财贸职业学院信息物流系学生党支部在顶岗实习期加强校企基层党组织结对共建的实践探索,深入挖掘校企合作途径,拓宽校企共建内容,探索校企一体化育人的途径方法。

Deepen teaching fusion,college-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning are the main mode of vocational education personnel training,and are the essential characteristics of vocational education. Finding a suitable for vocational education law of development,in line with the field work of this special period between collaborative education ways,It is also the efforts in the direction for higher vocational colleges in strengthening school enterprise cooperation,highlighting the occupation college running characteristics. This paper through analyze the practice of the information logistics department student party branch of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce in the field internship to strengthen grass-roots party organization pairing between colleges and the practice exploration,to dig the ways of school enterprise cooperation,expand the school and enterprise cooperation content,so as to explore ways of integration education between colleges and enterprise.
