摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校与企业合作培养人才的有效途径,但通过调研发现随着学生顶岗实习的开展与深入,出现了各种各样的问题:政府对顶岗实习支持力度不够、学生对参与顶岗实习不积极、学生实习不稳定、实习指导教师指导不到位、顶岗实习评价体系不完善、企业参与度不高等。针对上述问题,提出了解决问题相应的对策和建议:政府应给与政策支持,增强企业的积极性;高职院校应加强顶岗实习的管理,加强学生管理,建立新型的校企合作机制,促进顶岗实习顺利进行;企业应改变态度,积极参与顶岗实习。
Internship is an effective way of cooperation between colleges and enterprises for personnel training,But through the survey found that with the development of the students' field work,there has been a variety of problems. The government practice support dynamics is insufficient,students to participate in field work is not active,students practice is not stable,practice guidance teachers guide does not reach the designated position,field work evaluation system is not perfect,and enterprise participation is not high. According to the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problems: the government should give policy support to enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises; higher vocational colleges should strengthen the internship management,strengthen the management of students,establishing the mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise,promote the internship goes on well; enterprises should change attitude,and actively participate in internship.
