一种钡锶阻垢剂的研制与性能评价方法研究

摘要 研究了一种三元共聚物钡锶阻垢剂AMCP,并进行了静态与动态评价。三元共聚物最佳合成条件为温度80℃,引发剂质量分数0.2%,反应时间4 h,静态阻垢率64.6%。三元共聚物与乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠复配后得到阻垢剂AMCP-21,静态阻垢率提高到82.4%。对阻垢剂AMCP-21进行动态评价,结果表明,随着阻垢剂质量浓度、温度的增加,动态阻垢率是逐渐增加的;在70 000 mg/L的高矿化度条件下,阻垢率仍能在80%以上。在动态评价仪中加入100 mg/L阻垢剂AMCP-21,连续冲刷30 h,测试管壁上结垢不明显。该阻垢剂可有效解决油田集输系统和设备因结垢而损坏的问题,提高石油开发的经济效益。 A three copolymer of barium strontium scale inhibitor AMCP,and the static and dynamic evaluation were studied. The best synthesis conditions for the terpolymer that temperature is 80 ℃,the mass fraction of evocating agent is 1%,reaction time is 4 h,the static scale inhibitor efficiency is 64. 6%. After the terpolymer and sodium ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonate( EDTMPS) interact can obtain scale inhibitor AMCP-21 that the static scale inhibitor efficiency reach to 82. 4%. The results that the dynamic evaluation of scale inhibitor AMCP-21 is with the increase of scale inhibitor concentration,temperature,the dynamic scale inhibitor efficiency is gradually increased. In the condition of high salinity( 70 000 mg / L),the dynamic scale inhibitor efficiency is still above80%. Accession to the 100 mg / L scale inhibitor AMCP-21,continuous scouring for 30 d in dynamic evaluation instrument. Scale on the test tube wall is not obviously. The inhibitor can effectively solve the transmission systems and equipment damage due to the problems of scaling and improve the economic benefit of petroleum development.
