低渗透非均质油藏水驱波及规律三维流动实验 被引量:1

摘要 储层的非均质性是影响低渗透油藏采收率的重要因素。通过自主设计的三维流动实验装置,结合现场取芯以及实际井组分布,对研究区块储层平面、纵向非均质性展开综合研究。针对多层油藏开采动用界限进行分析,研究水驱前缘、见水时间,并评价波及系数采油速度等开发指标。结果表明,纵向非均质性严重的多层油藏,各单层的动用条件是渗透率级差小于3,在高渗层与中渗层实施堵水措施后,低渗层采收率明显提高。对实验井组注水井周围水驱前缘进行预测,注水优势方向为南北主轴方向与东西主轴方向,经过1年的注水开发,井组中W1井首先见水,在随后的开发过程中,经过6年的时间前缘波及到W3、W4、W5井。实验区块岩心见水后采油指数迅速下降,高渗部分作用最为明显,实验结束后低渗部分波及系数平均仅为0.2左右,剩余油大量赋存。 The heterogeneity factor of reservoir is an important aspect affecting the recovery of low permeability reservoirs. Combined with the actual well group distribution,research on the plane and vertical heterogeneity of reservoir are studied. Effective drive limits of multi layer reservoir,distribution of waterflood front and water breaktrough time would be predicted. Sweep efficiency,production rate and other development indicators were evaluated. Results show that,for the multi layer reservoir which have serious vertical heterogeneity problem,the drive condition of each monolayer is the permeability ratio is less than 3. When the high permeability layer implement the water plugging measure,the recovery rate of low permeability layer significantly improved. Forecasting the injection well waterflood front of experimental well group,the advantage injection direction is north-south axis and east-west axis. After 1 year of development,water breakthrough time of Well 1 in this group will first come and after 6 years waterflood front will spread to W3,W4 and W5. The production rate rapidly decreased after the water breakthrough time,and it's most obvious in the high permeability part. Average sweep efficiency of low permeability part is only20% and remaining oil widely keeping.
