摘要
为研究弹药中自由空间对烤燃响应剧烈程度的影响,采用主装药为RDX的高能炸药压制6种不同直径的药柱,以(1±0.2)℃/min的升温速率进行了慢速烤燃试验。实验结果表明:当弹药内的自由空间比值为0、45.71%时出现了爆炸现象,自由空间比值在10.25%时出现了部分爆轰,而自由空间比值为19.95%、29.09%、37.67%时则出现了爆轰现象,响应最为剧烈。由此可见,当壳体、炸药及装药密度不变时,在一定范围内,随着自由空间的增加,响应的剧烈程度增大,超过这个范围,随自由空间的增加,响应的剧烈程度减小。自由空间是影响烤燃响应剧烈程度的重要因素,研究结论能为弹药在热环境中的安全使用提供参考。
In order to study the influence of free-space on cook-off response intensity in ammunition,the high explosive of RDX-based was used which is the main charging explosive and compressed 6 different diameter explosive cylinders,then proceeded slow cook-off tests with( 1 ± 0. 2) ℃ / min heating rate. The experimental results indicated that the responses are explosion reactions when the free-space account for 0 and 45. 71% of the ammunition,when the free-space account for 10. 25% of the ammunition,the response occurred part of detonation,when the free-space account for 19. 95%,29. 09%,37. 67%,responses appeared detonation phenomenon,and the responses were most violent. Thus,the violence of the reaction increases with the increase of free-space within a certain range,when it do not change that the structure and material of shell and type of explosive as well as the density of charging explosive. The free-space is a dominate factor which influences the cook-off response intensity. The study conclusions can provide reference for the safe use of ammunition in the thermal environments.
