犯罪现象是研究犯罪学的前提,必须通过科学抽象,遵循理性原则和步骤,界定犯罪现象概念,透过犯罪现象(包括假象),深入犯罪本质,研究犯罪原因,寻找犯罪规律,提出科学对策。否则,就犯罪现象研究犯罪现象,是得不出科学结论的。

Criminal phenomenon is the premise of the study of criminology, whose research must keep to the following steps ： scientific abstract, reasonable principle, defining the concept of criminal phenomenon, uncovering the nature of crime, finding the cause, summing up the criminal law and proposing scientific countermeasures. The scientific conclusion cannot be drawn only from the study of criminal phenomenon.
