摘要
犯罪客体是我国犯罪构成体系中的一个重要的组成部分。但近年来理论界广泛存在将其从我国的犯罪构成体系中"去除"之声,然而犯罪客体仍具有丰富的内涵和外延,并且在我国的立法和司法活动中有着广泛的运用。如果一味秉承"去除"之意,似有不妥之嫌。
