摘要
室内对胡椒炭疽病病原菌生物学特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,其病原菌在4~38℃均能生长,最适温度为25℃;在光照黑暗各12 h的交替处理中菌丝生长最快;最适pH为6;最适氮源和碳源分别为可溶性淀粉和酵母浸膏。杀菌剂室内毒力测定结果表明,50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂对胡椒炭疽病病原菌菌丝的抑制效果最佳,EC50仅为0.079 6 mg/kg;其次为25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油和43%戊唑醇悬浮剂,其EC50分别为4.501 6 mg/L和8.542 5 mg/L。
Biological characteristics of pepper anthracnose were studied in laboratory.The results showed that temperature range for pathogen of pepper anthracnose growth was from 4 ℃ to 38 ℃ with the optimum of 25℃.Alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours was found to be conducive to the pathogen growth.The optimum pH was 6.The optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were starch soluble and yeast extract.Toxicity evaluation of fungicides against the pathogen showed that prochloraz-manganese chloride complex 50%WP had higher inhibition effects on the pathogen with EC50,values of 0.079 6 mg/L.EC50 values of pyraclostrobin 25%EC and tebuconazole 43%SC were 4.501 6 mg/L and 8.542 5mg/L,respectively.
