包头市“健康水工程”建设实践与思考

Construction of “healthy water project” in Baotou City: practice and consideration

内蒙古自治区包头市实施城市"健康水工程"十年来,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。通过简要阐述工程建设的理念、思路与做法,探索北方城市解决群众安全饮水问题的有效途径,提出了一些思考与建议。

Since ＂healthy water project＂ was implemented, some economic and social benefits have been achieved in Baotou City of Inner Mongolia for 10 years. Effective measures for ensuring urban residents access to safe drinking water in the northern part of China are worked out, with recommendations and introduction of theories and practices of project construction.
