目的:识别、检测某涂料厂职业病危害因素,对其职业危害现状进行分析、评价。方法:采用现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集资料。结果:该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、噪声,其各工种接触水平均符合卫生标准要求。结论:该项目生产工艺、职业卫生管理、个体防护用品、职业病危害防护设施及健康监护等基本符合标准规范要求,职业病危害基本可以得到有效的控制。

Objective： To identify and detect occupational hazard factors in a cigarette factory and to analyze and assess. Methods： The methods of field investigation,detection and health examination were carried out to collect materia1. Results： The main occupational hazard factors were dust,xylene,butyl acetate,noise,Exposure levels of the jobs met the national standards. Conclusion： Production process,occupational health management,individual protective equipment,facility for control occupational hazard and occupational health surveillance of the production project meet the requirements of standard and criterion,the occupational- disease- inductive can be controlled effectively
