摘要
通过对滚珠丝杠结构特征和工艺过程的分析研究,设计和开发出了滚珠丝杠BGS-CAPP系统。该系统为综合式CAPP系统,既可以实现对已有滚珠丝杠标准工艺的查询,又可以对相似的滚珠丝杠检索出同族零件的典型工艺,同时系统还能自动编制出滚珠丝杠的工艺规程。滚珠丝杠BGS-CAPP系统大大提高了工厂的生产效率,缩短了生产周期,节约了生产成本,为企业的信息化进程奠定了基础。
Based on the analysis and research of the structure characteristics and the ball screw process,a CAPP system that named BGS-CAPP was designed. As an integrated CAPP system,it can realize the query of the existing standard ball screw process,and can retrieve the typical process of the kin parts of the similar ball screw. At the same time,it can also automatically compile procedure of ball screw. It has greatly increased the production efficiency,shorten the production cycle, save production cost and laid the foundation for the informatization process of enterprise production.
