摘要
针对复杂产品的装配规划过程较为繁琐的难题,提出了一种基于子装配体的并行装配序列规划方法。将子装配体运用到序列生成的过程当中,通过对子装配体的识别,然后将识别后的零件进行并行序列规划,实现了优化装配序列的目的。通过实例验证,结果表明此方法比纯粹的并行化规划产生的序列少,简化了整个装配序列产生时所参与的零件数,简化了复杂产品的规划过程,提高了装配效率。
A concurrent assembly sequence planning method based on subassembly is proposed in order to solve the problem of the complicated assembly procedure of some complex products. In the whole procedure of this study, we apply the subassembly to the generation process of sequence,and put the recognized part into concurrent sequence planning after identifying the subassembly. As a result, it reaches the goal of optimizing assembly sequences. The result of examples shows that this method produces less sequence than the pure concurrent planning, which leads to the improvement of the assembly efficiency by simplifying the number of the parts attended in the process of the production of the whole assembly sequence, and the planning procedure of some complex products.
