摘要
通过建立PROTOSM8切烟管轮装置的仿真模型,阐述运用CREO三维建模软件进行虚拟样机仿真的方法和步骤。通过对系统模型进行运动学仿真,分析切烟管轮在烟支切割过程中喇叭嘴速度与烟条速度间的关系。通过对切烟管轮机构的分析与仿真,为自主研发旋转喇叭嘴机构提供理论依据。
Based on CREO,simulation model of the ledger wheel in PROTOS M8 is built. The methods and procedures of simulation are elaborated. The kinetic characteristics of the system are studied, the relationship between the cutting ledgers velocity and the tobacco rod velocity is obtained, the analysis and simulation of the ledger wheel provide theoretical basis for the followwing specific design work.
