摘要
应用ANSYS和ADAMS软件建立了四连杆门座机臂架平衡重系统的刚柔耦合模型,根据设计工况设置了虚拟样机的仿真工况。仿真结果显示,所设计的门座起重机的臂架平衡重系统满足设计要求,并且表明,基于ADAMS的刚柔耦合分析对于起重机设计具有重要的参考价值。
The rigid-flexible coupling model of the four-bar-type gantry crane's jib-balancing system is established by using ANSYS and ADAMS. The simulation conditions of the virtual prototype are set according to the design conditions. The simulation results show that the jib-balancing system can meet the design requirements. And the rigid-flexible coupling analysis based on ADAMS is valuable for the design of crane.
