摘要
针对高速铣床的结构特点,通过对整机建立有限元模型,确定了整机和工作台的约束位置,通过有限元分析得出了Z轴套筒最大变形和位移的位置,通过动态特性研究得出了Z轴套筒的最佳结构优化,再通过工作台的动态特性分析得出工作台的最佳结构。
Aceording to the finite element model and the structural characteristics of the high-speed milling machine, this paper determines the location of the machine and table constraints,and obtains the Z-axis of the sleeve maximum delbrmation and the displacement of the position from the finite element analysis. The optimal structure of Z-axis in the sleeve optimum is obtained based on the dynamic characteristics study.And the optimal structure of the table bench is obtained by analyzing the dynamic characteristics.
