摘要
以国产600MW低压转子为研究对象建模,并对系统进行了动力学特性计算,获得了两种支承条件下的转子静态挠度曲线和轮槽部位高周疲劳数据,通过对比分析得出了辅助支承对转子系统的静态响应以及轮槽高周疲劳变化情况。
This paper builds dynamics model of a domestic 600MW low-pressure rotor,and calculates its dynamics characteristics,then obtains the rotor unbalance response curve and groove high cycle fatigue data under two kinds of support. According tu comparison analysis, the impact of the auxiliary support on unbalance response of rotor system,and groove high cycle fatigue variation, are obtained.
