精密流体轴承内孔挤压加工与检测技术研究

摘要 对小型精密流体轴承内孔加工技术进行了研究,分析了轴承内孔具有的体积小、加工精度高,加工困难等问题,结合内孔挤压加工原理和检测技术,提出了一套内孔挤压加工参数优化算法和测量技术,首先通过挤压塑性变形的极限位移量,对挤压过盈量进行选择,得到挤压加工的塑性变形量,进而确定钢球直径和挤压前孔的预加工直径;运用测量钢球检测孔径,并阐述了测量原理,分析了钢球直径的选择原则,设计了孔加工与测量流程。应用表明,该技术加工精度高、速度快、检测效果好,取得了良好的效益。 Processing technology of sleeve hole for small precision fluid bearing was studied, and the small volume, high processing preeision anti processing difficulties was analyzed. Combining the extrusion processing principle and measuring leehnology,a set of extrusion processing parameters optimization algorithm and measuring technology were proposed. Firstly,the amount of interference was selected by extrusion plastic deformation limit displacement,and the extrusion processing plastic deformation was calculated. Secondly,the diameters of steel ball and the pre-extruding diameters of hole were determined. The ball measuring principle and the selection principle of measuring ball diameter were elaborated, and the extrusion processing and measuring flow chart were designed. Application shows that the technology has high precision, high speed,good measuring efthct, and it has achieved good efficiency.
