摘要
某电厂汽轮发电机组在调试运行期间额定转速变负荷运行时,出现汽轮机转子两支持轴承所在位置轴振及瓦振交替变化现象,即两支持轴承其中一个瓦的轴振增大时,另一个瓦的轴振变小,反之具有同样的振动趋势。调取整个运行期间的振动数据,针对该问题的产生原因进行了分析与诊断,并结合实际情况,制定了后续处理措施,处理后该异常振动得到消除。
During the turbine of a power plant debugging,journal vibration and bearing vibration varied alternately when the unit operated at rated speed steadily,namely,when one of a journal vibration rises,the other one will be drop. Through diagnosing and analyzing the vibration data,we analysed and diagnosed the reason of this problem,and obtained the treatment measures. Then the abnormal vibration was eliminated.
