宝钢二烧结成品矿温度偏高的原因分析及改进

摘要 针对二烧结成品矿温度偏高,易造成成品皮带烧损的情况,对其原因进行了分析。通过采取稳定小球灰切出量;在生石灰槽增设回转阀和流化板,稳定配料;改善环冷布料等一系列措施,成品烧结矿温度有所下降。 Too high temperature of sinter product of No. 2 sintering plant easily causes the burning loss of product belt,the cause was analyzed in view of this. By taking a series of measures such as stabilizing the cut-out quantity of small pellet dust,adding rotary valve and fluidized plate in quicklime bin to stabilize proportioning and improving the feeding of circular cooler etc.,the product sinter temperature has somewhat decreased.
