摘要
为了应对新的环保法规和要求,三钢烧结厂根据自身特点开发出了烧结机烟气循环技术,实现了全烟气脱硫。脱硫系统改造近一年来,取得了外排废气量减少约35%,SO2排放浓度<200 mg/m3,工序能耗降低1.08 kgce/t,吨烧结矿发电量增加0.2 k Wh,烧结矿质量略有改善的良好效果。
The recirculation technology of sintering flue gas was developed by the sintering plant of Sanming Steel based on itself characteristics to deal with the new environmental laws and requirements,and all flue gas desulfurization was realized. During over one year after the reconstruction of desulphurization system,the external waste gas discharge has been reduced by about35%,the SO2 emission concentration is 〈200 mg / m3,the process energy consumption is lowered by 1. 08 kgce/t,the electricity generation per ton of sinter has increased by 0. 2 k Wh,and the sinter quality has been somewhat improved.
