摘要
介绍了国外某烧结工程机尾电除尘器的设计方案及具体参数的选取过程。在要求粉尘排放限值≤30 mg/Nm3的前提下,采用以优质高频电源为核心的技术方案,结合工程经验选取合理的驱进速度、电场风速和极配型式,为烧结机尾除尘采用电除尘器进行了一次有益尝试。
The selection process of design scheme and specific parameters for sinter machine discharge end ESP of a foreign sintering project was introduced. On the premise of meeting the dust emission limit ≤30 mg / Nm3,the technical scheme with quality high frequency power supply as core was adopted and the reasonable driving speed,air speed and electrode plate arrangement in the electric field were selected in combination with the engineering experience,which was a beneficial trial of adopting ESP for the sinter machine discharge end.
