鸟粪石-Fenton氧化处理老龄垃圾渗滤液的试验 被引量:3

摘要 采用鸟粪石法与Fenton试剂氧化法联合处理垃圾渗滤液,探索了两种方法联合处理的最优条件。结果表明两种方法联合处理能很好地发挥各自的优势。鸟粪石法在初始pH为9.5、n(Mg2+)∶n(PO3-4)∶n(NH4+)=1.3∶1.2∶1、搅拌反应时间为30 min时,且Fenton试剂氧化法在初始pH为3.5、H2 O2投加量为0.03 mol/L、n(H2 O2)∶n(Fe2+)=4∶1、搅拌反应时间为2 h时,COD去除率达到86.68%,氨氮去除率达到92.27%。该处理效果明显优于单独采用鸟粪石法的处理效果(其氨氮去除率约85%、COD去除率为15%~20%)、单独采用Fenton试剂法的处理效果(其COD去除率约55%、氨氮去除率几乎为零)及两种方法顺序调换的处理效果(其COD去除率约40%、氨氮去除率约20%)。 The optimum conditions of combination of struvite precipitation and Fenton process to treat the landfill leachate were explored in this paper. The results show that the combined treatment process takes advantages of both methods. When the initial pH is 9. 5,molecular ratio of Mg2+∶PO3-4 ∶NH4+ is 1. 3∶1. 2∶1 and reaction time is 30 min by struvite precipitation;and when the initial pH is 3. 3,concentration of H2 O2 is 0. 03 mol/L,molecular ratio of H2 O2∶Fe2+ is 4∶1 and reaction time is 2 h by Fenton process,COD removal rate is 86. 68% and ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 92. 27%,which are apparently superior to the result of struvite precipitation (COD removal rate is about 85%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 15%~20%),the result of Fenton process (COD removal rate is about 55%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate is almost zero),as well as the result of the combination of two methods in reversed order (COD removal rate is around 40%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate is around 20%).
