咸阳市高三学生奶制品消费情况及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解陕西省咸阳市高三学生奶制品消费情况及其影响因素,为采取营养干预措施提供依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样,对陕西省咸阳市4所高中共33个班级的高三学生进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果:每周饮奶≥4次者占43.0%,48.0%的学生日饮奶量200—249m L,40.1%的学生饮奶少于1年。性别、户口所在地、父亲/母亲文化程度、父母对饮奶的态度、家庭月收入、对营养价值的认知等因素影响日饮奶量。饮鲜牛奶者最多,占46.6%。购买奶制品时,多数选择纸盒包装、正规超市,关注新鲜度者居多。25.1%的学生因为口感、质量安全等问题不喜欢饮奶。结论:陕西省咸阳市高三学生饮奶频率低、日饮奶量未达要求、坚持饮奶者少,应采取措施如重视营养教育、强化对奶类生产企业的质量监督等,完善饮奶保障,促进学生的身体健康。 [Objective] To investigate the status and influencing factors of dairy products consumption among senior high school students of the third grade in Xianyang city in Shanxi province to provide scientific bases for conducting health education among them. [Method] Questionnaire survey was conducted in 33 classes of 4 senior high schools in Xianyang city by cluster random sampling, and the statistical analysis were utilized to make comparative study on the data. [ Result ] Up to 43.0% of the respondents drank milk in the frequency of at least tour times a week, 48.0% of the students drank milk from 200mL to 249mL each day. The proportion of students who insisted on drinking milk less than one year was 40. 1%. Gender, registered residence, parental education level, parental attitude towards milk drinking, cognition of nutritive value were the main factors affecting the daily milk drinking amount. Most students prefered to drink fresh milk, which accouned for 46. 6% . The majority of the respondents chose carton packing products in the supermarket, which considered more of the freshness (41.6%) in buying behavior. Totally 25. 1% of the students didn't like dairy product because of the taste (4l. 8% ) or quality (35.2%). [Conclusion] The students drank milk in low frequency, the amount of milk drinking per day didn't meet the requirements, and students who could insist on drinking milk were few. It's necessary to take measures to promote the nutritional education for both students and their parents, and to strengthen the quality supervision on dairy production so as to enhance the students' behavior of drinking milk and promote students' health.
