摘要
目的分析超长眼轴白内障患者超声乳化手术前后眼生物测量参数变化。方法分析2013年9月至2014年2月在我院行晶状体超声乳化吸出联合IOL植入手术的超长眼轴白内障15例(20只眼)。分别应用光学相干生物测量法(IOLMaster)及超声生物显微镜法(UBM)测出手术前及术后3个月眼生物测量参数,以SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果术后3个月与术前相比,眼轴长度缩小,差异有统计学意义;前房深度增加,差异有统计学意义;角膜曲率元改变。手术年龄与术前眼轴长度呈负相关关系,年龄与术前角膜曲率、术前前房深度无相关关系。术前眼轴长度、术前角膜曲率、术前前房深度三者之间,彼此均无相互关系。术后前房深度与术前眼轴长度、术前角膜曲率、术前前房深度无相互关系。结论超长眼轴白内障术后眼轴变短,前房加深,术后前房深度预测仍需进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the change of biometric parameters for patients with over-long axial length after cataract surgery. Methods Twenty eyes of 15 patients, from September 2013 to Feburary 2014 in Xuanwu Hospital were recruited for this study. Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were performed in those cataract patients. The ocular biometric parameters were recorded by optical coherence biometry ( IOL Master) and ultrasound biomieroscopy (UBM) before surgery and three months after surgery. Statistical software package SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze statistically. Results Compared with the preoperative hiometrie parameters, the axial length shortened and the anterior chamber deepened after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant. The corneal curvature had no significant difference three months after the surgery. There was negative relationship between age and preoperative axial length. No correlation was found between age and preoperative corneal curvature or preoperative anterior chamber depth. Preoperative axial length, preoperative corneal curvature, and preoperative anterior chamber depth had no correlation between each other. There was no correlation between postoperative anterior chamber depth and preoperative axial length, or preoperative corneal curvature, or preoperative anterior chamber depth. Conclusion For cataracts with over-long axial length, the axial length shortened and the anterior chamber depth deepened after cataract surgery. The prediction of postoperative anterior chamber depth still needs to study further.
