青岛市基层医务人员流感疫苗接种及KAP调查

Inoculation rate and knowledge,attitude and practice about influenza vaccine among grassroots medical staff in Qingdao,China

目的调查基层医务人员流感和流感疫苗认知情况,并快速评估其接种状况,分析影响因素,为促进流感疫苗接种工作提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对山东省青岛市7家一级医疗机构233名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果被调查者流感疫苗接种率为12.88%,表示下个流感季有接种意愿的13人,占5.58%;对流感及流感疫苗的认知情况不佳,流感病毒相关问题的知晓率为19.31%,流感疫苗最佳接种时期知晓率为75.97%,有接种史组相关知识知晓和行为情况好于无接种史组。结论基层医务人员流感疫苗接种率较低,接种意愿不强,对流感及流感疫苗的认知情况不足,需要采取综合干预措施。

Objective To investigate the awareness of influenza,influenza vaccine,and inoculation rate of influenza vaccine and its related factors among community medical staff and to provide a basis for promoting influenza vaccination.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey in 233 health care workers（ HCWs） from 7 first level hospitals in Qingdao city selected with cluster random sampling and obtained general information,knowledge about influenza and influenza vaccine,influenza vaccination during the winter season of 2012- 2013,and the willingness to accept influenza vaccination of in the winter season of 2013- 2014 among the HCWs. Results The coverage rate of influenza vaccination in the HCWs was 12. 88%. Only 13（ 5. 58%） of the HCWs were very likely to accept influenza vaccination. The status of knowledge,attitude and practice（ KAP） of influenza and influenza vaccination was not good. The awareness rate of influenza virus was 19. 31% and that of the best time for influenza vaccination was 75. 97%. The status of KAP of influenza and influenza vaccination in the vaccinated group were generally better than those in the unvaccinated group. Conclusion The coverage rate of influenza vaccination was low; the willingness to accept influenza vaccination was not strong and cognition on influenza and influenza vaccination was not good enough among grassroots HCWs. The results suggest comprehensive intervention on influenza vaccination needs to be promoted among the HCWs.
