文昌13-6导管架下水过程模拟与分析

摘要 导管架滑移下水过程是指导管架从有一定纵倾的下水驳船上靠自重滑移下水,直至与驳船分离并在水中达到漂浮状态的过程。文章以文昌13-6导管架为模型,采用MOSES软件对下水过程进行时域模拟,并且运用敏感性分析计算来综合判断导管架和驳船下水过程的稳定性与安全性,计算结果表明整个下水过程安全可靠,且与海上施工现场实际情况基本一致。 Jacket launch is the procedure that a jacket sliding into water from a trim barge by itself weight,until being separated from the barge and floating on the water. In this paper,Wenchang 13-6 jacket is taken as a model to simulate the launching process in time-domain by software MOSES,and the sensitivity analysis calculation is used to determine the stability and safety of the integrated jacket and barge launching process. The simulation results show that the whole launching process is safe and reliable,which is then verified by offshore construction practice.
