摘要 塔中作业区120万m3/d天然气处理装置两台离心泵使用时间过长,零配件损坏日益严重,设备性能逐渐下降,已无法满足装置正常生产需求,为解决这一问题,使设备恢复正常运行,确定了离心泵降级改造技术的解决方案,将两台离心泵由19级改造为9级,出口压力达到3.5-4.0 MPa,同时对泵轴及损坏零配件进行修复后重新进行装配。通过理论计算与现场实施,此技术改造各项指标合格,取得了很好的社会和经济效益,为其他油田类似问题的解决提供了参考。 There are two centrifugal pumps used in the 1.2 Mm3/d natural gas treatment plant of Tazhong Oilfield for a long time,in which the accessory parts were damaged more seriously and the equipment performance was gradually declined. The pumps were unable to meet the needs of normal production. In order to solve this problem,the modification technique for the centrifugal pump demotion was brought forward. i.e. the grade of the two pumps changed from 19 to 9,and the outlet pressure reached 3.5 - 4.0 MPa,the pump axis and accessory parts were repaired and reassembled. Through the theoretical calculation and field practical implementation, the modification indexes were qualified. And it achieved good social and economic benefits. Also it provides a solution to solve similar production problems for other oilfield.
