大坡度段管道试压后扫水爆管事故原因分析及预防措施

Analyses and Precaution of Pipe Explosion Accident Happened in Steep Slope Pipeline Section during Water Discharging after Hydraulic Test

某长输管道山区段在试压排水后用清管器扫除残水的过程中,出现了大坡度段管道末端爆裂的事故。文章详细分析了该段管道的存水情况,对清管器在大坡度段高速运动对末端管道产生的冲击力进行了计算,结果表明清管器撞击管底液柱时产生的瞬时局部压力超过管道的抗拉强度,造成管道爆裂,并提出了解决方案。

An explosion happened at the end part of a steep slope section of a long-distance pipeline in mountain area during water discharging with a pig after hydraulic test. By analyzing the situation of residual water in the pipeline section and calculating the impact force on the steep pipeline end section produced by high speed pig moving,it is confirmed that the accident is resulted from the instantaneous high pressure produced by the pig impacting the water in the end part of the pipeline section and exceeding the tensile strength of the pipe. Some protective measures are recommended.
