摘要
[目的]研究黄柏、马齿苋等8种中草药提取物对蔬菜常见土传病害病原菌的抑制作用。[方法]利用70%乙醇提取中草药的活性成分,采用生长速率法测定中草药提取物对番茄枯萎病和辣椒根腐病病原菌的抑菌率。[结果]8种中草药提取物对2种土传病害病原菌都具有抑制作用,其中,黄柏的抑菌效果最好,对番茄枯萎病病原菌的抑菌率达90%以上,对辣椒根腐病病原菌的抑菌率为66%,且在一定范围内,抑菌活性随着药液浓度的升高而增强。[结论]黄柏提取物对蔬菜土传病害病原菌有较好的抑制作用,具有良好的开发前景和应用价值。
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the antifungal effects of 8 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines against soil-borne pathogenic fungi of vegetables,including Phellodendron chinense Schneid.,Portulaca oleracea L. and so on. [Method]95% ethanol was used to extract the active ingredients from the herbal medicine,whose antifungal activity was tested by using the method of plate growth rate against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Lycopersici Snyder et Hansen and Fusarium vasinfectum. [Result] The extracts of 8 kinds of herbs tested had various degrees of antifungal activity. Particularly,extracts from Phellodendron chinense Schneid. showed a stronger inhibitory activity to the two pathogenic fungi with the inhibition ratio over 91% and 66%,respectively. The antifungal effect intensified with the increase of the medicine concentration within certain range. [Conclusion] The active components of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. have inhibitory effect against soilborne phytopathogens,and this plant has good development prospects and application value.
