包头市春小麦不同部位内生真菌的分离与初步鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨内生真菌在小麦不同生长期、不同部位的分布情况。[方法]从包头市土右旗7个地块的小麦上分期、分部位取样,对内生真菌在宿主中的分布规律进行调查和分析。[结果]小麦器官的带菌率与成熟度成线性关系,而种子的带菌率最高,达28.03%。通过采用常规的真菌分离方法分离到30株内生菌,通过形态学、培养及生理生化特征鉴定共鉴定出小麦内生真菌7个属,分离频率较高的真菌有链格孢属(Alternaria sp.)、曲霉属(Aspergillus sp.)、木霉属(Trichoderma sp.)、根霉属(Rhizopus sp.)、青霉素(Penicillium sp.)、离蠕孢属(Bipolaris sp.)及类酵母属(Saccharomyces)。[结论]试验结果为进一步研究内生真菌与小麦之间的相互作用关系提供了参考。 [Objective] In order to investigate the endophyte in different growth stages and the distribution in different parts of wheat. [Method] The samples were taken from different sections and periods of wheat which living in seven fields of Tuyou County in Baotou City. The distribution law of endophyte in wheats was investigated and analyzed. [Result] The bacteria carrier rate and maturity has a linear relationship,seeds have most carrier rate,up to 28. 03%. 30 endophytes were obtained by using regular endophyte separation method. Through the identification of morphology,fostering and physiology biochemistry feature,they separately belong to Alternaria sp.,Trichoderma sp.,Penicillium sp.,Bipolaris sp.,Rhizopus sp.,Aspergillus sp. and Saccharomyces. [Conclusion] The results will provide reference for interaction between endophyte and wheat.
