摘要
[目的]探讨锡盟地区蒙古羊日粮中有机硒的适宜添加量,提高饲料硒源的利用率。[方法]以蒙古羊为试验对象,研究添加不同剂量的有机硒对蒙古羊生产性能、抗氧化性能及免疫机能的影响。[结果]在试验期内,添加有机硒能够提高肉羊的平均日增重(P<0.05);各试验组平均日采食量和料肉比差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加有机硒均能不同程度提高肉羊血清GSH-Px和SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,显著提高Ig G、Ig M和Ig A的含量(P<0.05)。[结论]锡盟地区蒙古羊日粮中有机硒的最适添加剂量为0.6 mg/kg DM。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the suitable application amount of organic selenium in the diet of Mongolian Sheep in Xilingol League and improve the utilization rate of selenium source in the feed. [Method] With Mongolian Sheep as test object,the effects of different application amount of organic selenium on the growth performance,antioxidant properties and immune function of Mongolian Sheep were studied. [Result] During the test period,the average daily weight gain of meat sheep could be increased by adding organic selenium( P 0. 05). The average feed intake and feed-meat ratio of Mongolian Sheep had no significant difference among test groups( P 0. 05). Combined with control group,adding organic selenium in the diet could increase the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in the serum of meat sheep to different extents,decrease MDA content and significantly increase the contents of Ig G,Ig M and Ig A( P 0. 05) [Conclusion]The suitable application amount of organic selenium in the diet of Mongolian Sheep in Xilingol League was 0. 6 mg / kg DM.
