摘要
[目的]探讨不同鸡种、周龄以及饲养方式对鸡蛋矿物元素含量的影响。[方法]以海兰褐、京白939、苏禽青壳蛋鸡、如皋黄鸡等4个鸡种为试验对象,研究39周龄不同鸡种和不同饲养方式下鸡蛋矿物元素含量,比较海兰褐壳蛋鸡产蛋初期(21周龄)、中期(39周龄)和后期(66周龄)鸡蛋矿物元素含量的变化规律。[结果]鸡蛋硒含量最低为京白939,显著低于其他3个品种(P<0.05);京白939和海兰褐磷含量高于苏禽青壳和如皋黄鸡,差异显著(P<0.05)。不同产蛋阶段鸡蛋锌含量中、后期明显高于初期;硒含量初期明显高于中、后期;钙、磷含量后期最低。除了笼养方式下锰含量极显著高于平养、钙和磷含量分别显著和极显著低于平养,其他指标2种饲养方式之间差异均不显著。
[Objective] To study the effect of breed,different laying phase and raising manners on the content of egg mineral elements.[Method]Four breeds about Hailanhe,Jingbai 939,Suqin Blue-eggshell chicken and Rugao yellow chicken in 39 weeks age were used as experimental material,different raising manners were analyzed and the eggs of Hailanhe in 21 weeks age,39 weeks age and 66 weeks age were also studied. [Result] The mineral element on different breeds showed that,Se content of Jing Bai 939 was lower than the other three breeds( P 0. 05); P content of Jingbai 939 and Hailanhe were higher than Suqin Blue-eggshell chicken and Rugao yellow chicken( P 0. 05). The change rule of egg mineral elements contents on different laying periods showed that,the Zn content of the first production period was lower than medium and the later period; the Se content of the medium and later period was lower than the first period; Ca and P content were lowest at the latter period. Except that the Mn content of flat feeding was lower than reared in cages,the Ca and P contents of reared at flat pension were higher than reared in cages,other indexes between different raising manners had no significant difference.
