渭干河克孜尔千佛洞段水化学指标测定研究

摘要 [目的]研究分析新疆渭干河千佛洞段水体水质状况。[方法]于2014年1月、4月、5月、7月、10月、11月对渭干河千佛洞段水体进行温度、溶解氧、溶解氧饱和度、p H、化学需氧量、总磷、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮等9项指标进行测定。[结果]渭干河千佛洞段水体温度年波动范围在2.22-21.17℃,年平均温度为11.74±7.296℃;水体溶解氧含量年波动范围在7.87-16.45 mg/L,年平均溶解氧含量为12.06±3.413 mg/L;水体溶解氧饱和度年波动范围在101%-120%,年平均溶解氧饱和度为109.77%±6.616%;p H年波动范围在7.76-9.36,年平均为8.31±0.571;化学需氧量含量年波动范围在0.40-1.68 mg/L,年平均化学需氧量含量为1.13±0.475mg/L;亚硝酸盐氮含量年波动范围在0.001 6-0.017 5 mg/L,年平均亚硝酸盐氮含量为0.009 7±0.008 6 mg/L,氨氮含量年波动范围在0.002 4-0.004 5 mg/L,年平均氨氮含量为0.003 4±0.000 79 mg/L;总磷含量年波动范围在0.001 0-0.002 5 mg/L,年平均总磷含量为0.001 8±0.000 63 mg/L;硝酸盐氮含量年波动范围在0.003 2-0.007 4 mg/L,年平均硝酸盐氮含量为0.005 5±0.001 7 mg/L。按国家《地表水环境质量标准GB3838-2002》分析,渭干河千佛洞段水体水质属于Ⅰ类,所测指标均满足饮用水和渔业用水需求。[结论]该研究可为合理开发和利用渭干河水资源提供基础数据。 [Objective] The research aimed to analyze the water quality status of Weigan River on the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves section.[Method]Nine water quality indices of Weigan River on the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves section such as temperature,dissolved oxygen,dissolved oxygen saturation,p H,chemical oxygen demand,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen were measured at January,April,May,July,October and November of 2014. [Result]The results showed that the temperature of Weigan River on the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves section ranged yearly from 2. 22 to 21. 17 ℃,with mean annual temperature of 11. 74 ± 7. 296 ℃. The yearly dissolved oxygen ranged from 7. 87 to 16. 45 mg / L,with mean dissolved oxygen of 12. 06 ± 3. 413 mg / L. The yearly dissolved oxygen saturation ranged from 101% to 120%,with mean of 109. 77% ± 6. 616%. The yearly p H ranged from 7. 76 to 9. 36,with mean of 8. 31 ±0. 571. The yearly chemical oxygen demand ranged from 0. 40 to 1. 68 mg / L,with mean of 1. 13 ± 0. 475 mg / L. The yearly nitrite nitrogen ranged from 0. 001 6 to 0. 017 5 mg / L,with mean of 0. 009 7 ± 0. 008 6 mg / L. The yearly ammonia nitrogen ranged from 0. 002 4 to 0. 004 5mg / L,with mean of 0. 003 4 ± 0. 000 79 mg / L. The yearly total phosphorus ranged from 0. 001 0 to 0. 002 5 mg / L,with mean of 0. 001 8 ±0. 000 63 mg / L. The yearly nitrate nitrogen ranged from 0. 003 2 to 0. 007 4 mg / L,with mean of 0. 005 5 ± 0. 001 7 mg / L. According to The Surface Water Environment Quality Standard( GB3838- 2002),the water quality of Weigan River on the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves section belonged to I class,and could meet the demands of drinking water and fishery water.[Conclusion] This research could provide basic data for the suitable development and utilization of the Weigan River water resources.
