安徽省低碳农业发展的影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Low-carbon Agriculture Development in Anhui Province

安徽省农业碳排放总量呈逐年缓慢上升趋势,低碳农业的发展还存在着诸多影响因素。通过全面梳理与剖析安徽省低碳农业发展的影响因素,将农业生产总值、财政支农、农业人口数量,农民人均纯收入、农民受教育程度、农药、化肥、农膜、农用机械使用量、农业耕地面积、牲畜养殖数量等低碳农业影响因素与碳排放总量的影响关系一一进行明确与剖析;并有针对性地提出对策建议:科学制定安徽省低碳农业发展规划,加大财政支农投入,促进金融对低碳农业的支持,积极推进安徽省低碳农业科研与服务工作。

The total agricultural emissions of Anhui was slowly rise,and there are still many factors about the development of low-carbon agriculture. Through a comprehensive analysis of factors of low-carbon agriculture in Anhui,the paper gave the explicitly and analysis for the relationship between the factors of low-carbon agriculture（ for example： the total value of agricultural production,the financial support for agriculture,the population of agriculture,the income of farmers,the degree of education,pesticides,fertilizers,agricultural films,agricultural machine,agriculture-area,livestock and other factors） and the total carbon emissions,and gave the argeted suggestion： making the scientific development-planning for low-carbon agriculture,increasing the financial support of agriculture and promoting other financial support,and actively promoting the research and service of the low-carbon agriculture.
