云南省城乡居民收入差距实证研究

Empirical Analysis of the Income Gap between Urban And Rural Residents in Yunnan Province

城乡居民收入差距问题历来是我国经济社会发展历程中的重大课题。由于历史沿革,云南省经济快速发展的同时,城乡居民收入差距问题也日益凸显。该研究对云南省城乡收入差距的现状及其影响因素进行了探究,进而对1981-2011年的面板数据进行处理,建立多元回归模型,测算出各因素对云南省城乡居民收入差距的影响程度。结果表明,人均GDP和产业比是造成云南省城乡居民收入差距的主要因素。据此提出了缩小云南省城乡居民收入差距的相应对策：进一步促进经济发展,增加云南省城乡居民人均GDP;优化产业结构,促进云南省第一产业升级;加大财政支农力度,加强对农村的公共政策倾向。

The income gap between urban and rural residents in China has always been a major issue of social and economy development process. Because of the history,when the economic of Yunnan Province rapidly developing,the income gap between urban and rural residents are also increasingly prominent. The status and influencing factors of income gap between urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province were studied. The panel data processing during 1981- 2011 was conducted,multiple regression model was established,the impact degree of various factors on the income gap between urban and rural residents in Yunnan was measured. The results showed that per capita GDP and industrial ratio is the main factor causing the income gap between urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province. On the basis of this,corresponding countermeasures for narrowing the income gap were proposed,one is to promote economic development and increase urban and rural residents＇ per capita GDP in Yunnan; the second is to optimize the industrial structure and promote agriculture upgrading; the third is to increase financial support for agriculture,and strengthen rural public policy orientation.
