从农村经纪人入手的农村物流服务体系建设研究——以砀山县为例

Study on Establishment of Rural Logistics Service System from Perspective of Rural Brokers

2014年中央一号文件提出,完善农村物流服务体系,推进农产品现代流通综合示范区创建,加强农产品市场体系建设。农村经纪人是架起农民与市场的金桥和纽带,农村经纪人服务质量的提高对于完善农村物流服务体系有着至关重要的作用。该研究从农村经纪人出发,通过鱼骨图分析造成农村物流服务水平低下的原因,结合安徽省宿州市砀山县的实际情况,提出规范农村经纪人的行为,使得农村经纪人更好的为农村服务,提高农民生活水平,完善农村物流服务体系。

The 1,2014 file,perfects rural logistics service system,promotes the creation of integrated demonstration area of modern agricultural products circulation,strengthens the construction of agricultural product market system. Rural brokers is the golden bridge and the link between farmers and market,the improvement of rural brokers service quality for improving rural logistics service system has a vital role. This article embarks from the rural brokers,through the fishbone diagram,causes of low service level of rural logistics were analyzed. According to the actual situation of Dangshan County,Suzhou City,countermeasures were put forward to standardize rural brokers＇ behavior,makes the rural brokers better service to the rural,improve farmers＇ living standard and perfect rural logistics service system.
