摘要
以GIS网格化为技术支撑,建立了基层应急资源网格化管理平台的基本架构体系。从现状分析、数据库设计、功能模块设计介绍了基层应急网格化管理平台的设计流程,并重点分析了GIS统计反算分析在平台功能中的运用,以促进应急资源可视化展现和充分有效利用。
Based on the GIS grid technology,this paper established the framework of grid management platform for community-based emergency resources. The framework was introduced from three aspects: reality analysis,design of data-base and functional modules. The author laid special stress on analyzing the use of GIS inverse statistic analysis in function modules of platform. It aims to promote the development and full use of emergency resources visualization.
