实验室是高等学校实践育人环节的重要场所,实验教学在高校教育中具有非常重要的地位。该文着重分析了陕西理工学院在实验教学队伍的人才建设、人员培训、考核机制等方面存在的问题,并就相应的改革措施和实践检验的成效进行了探讨。

Laboratory is a very important part of education in universities. The existing problems in human resources construction,staff training,evaluation mechanisms of experimental teaching team in Shaanxi University of Technology were analyzed,and the corresponding reform measures and practice were discussed.
