摘要 目的了解高性能战斗机飞行中高载荷(+Gz)对飞行员腰椎退变的影响,为全军高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎疾病的防护和治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2012-03—2013-10兴城疗养院97例腰椎退变飞行员复查腰椎CT影像资料和《空军飞行人员健康登记本》诊治病史记录,统计飞行记录数据。结果歼击机飞行员腰椎退行性变患病率(27.1%)明显高于其他机型飞行员;飞行员腰椎退行性改变随飞行时间增加而有增高趋势(P<0.05)。结论高载荷(+Gz)是高性能战斗机飞行人员腰椎退变特有致病因素,飞行时间对飞行员的腰椎退变及慢性损伤有累积效应。 Objective To understand the influence of top load(+Gz)impact on lumbar disc degeneration of high-performance fighter pilots so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of lumbar vertebral diseases among all army high-performance fighter pilots. Methods The lumbar vertebral CT images and records of diagnosis and treatment on Flight Personnel Health Registration Book of 97 high-performance fighter pilots with lumbar disc degeneration at Xingcheng sanatorium from March 2012 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed to count the recorded flight data.Results The prevalence rate of lumbar disc degeneration(27.1%)was higher in fighter plane pilots than in other plane pilots,and there was a rising tendency of lumbar disc degeneration along with the increasing flight time( P〈0.05).Conclusion High gravity load(+Gz)was a pathogenic factor for lumbar disc degeneration of high-performance fighter pilots,and the flight time has cumulative effects on lumbar disc degeneration and chronic injury among the pilots.
